Stepping into the lobby, the inviting aroma and gleaming cleanliness struck me immediately! The staff were friendly and check-in was a breeze. The breakfast exceeded expectations with a fantastic Nescafé coffee machine. Our room was comfortable and quiet, making our one-night stay a delightful break during our journey. Would return for sure!

The hotel was beautifully decorated and exuded a warm, inviting atmosphere. Common areas were clean and easily accessible for seniors, with wide hallways and convenient seating arrangements that made it easy to navigate throughout my stay.

Quiet night despite barking dogs

The motel was clean with friendly staff, making check-in a breeze. I appreciated the comfortable bed and decent breakfast options.

Unfortunately, my stay was disrupted by noisy dogs in the adjacent room. Despite reaching out, the situation remained unresolved for most of the night.

Lobby odor overwhelming!!! Elevator sounds alarming, needs urgent maintenance!!! Room door gaps allow too much hallway light in!!! Ice machine out of order on the first floor, made for a frustrating experience!!!

The air quality in the room leaves much to be desired—not only is there a musty odor, but the overall condition suggests a much-needed renovation. The ice machines were either broken or barely functional, making it frustrating for a simple refreshment. Additionally, breakfast hours end too early, limiting options for those needing a more flexible start. Cleanliness is a concern, with issues like leftover trash and a generally dingy appearance throughout. Overall, the comfort level didn’t meet expectations, especially with the bedding feeling itchy and less than fresh.

This place had a cool indoor pool and the pancake maker was a fun touch. The gym was also well-equipped and convenient.

I had a decent stay here, the room was clean and comfortable, and I loved having a fridge for my drinks. But the towels were a bit thin and could use some upgrading.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with plenty of essential amenities including an indoor swimming pool for relaxation after a day of exploring and free Wi-Fi to stay connected during our stay.

we had a great time at best western plus! the king room was clean and pet friendly, which was perfect for us. breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety. i also appreciated the on-site fitness center for a quick workout.
